2pm cut-off
Order before 2pm on a working day for next working day dispatch on stocked lines.
UK-wide
Mainland UK delivery on parcels and pallets. Highlands and islands quoted on request.
Costed at checkout
Your delivery charge is calculated and shown before you pay — never added afterwards.
Dispatch
Ordered before 2pm on a working day? Stocked lines are dispatched the next working day.
Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on bank holidays are picked on the next working day. If a line is not in stock we call or email you with the date before we process the order.
Lead times by product type

Lead times run from dispatch, not from when you place the order. Orders containing items from more than one supplier arrive as separate deliveries — your basket shows these split out before you check out.
What delivery costs
Delivery is quoted per order based on weight, pallet requirement and postcode. Your exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

ThermoSphere heating range
ThermoSphere underfloor and electric heating is shipped direct from ThermoSphere under their own published trade terms: orders placed before 4:30pm on a working day are dispatched for next working day delivery. Larger palletised heating orders are quoted separately.
Damages and shortages
- 1Check the pallet or parcel before you sign — note any damage on the driver's paperwork.
- 2Photograph the packaging and the goods before moving them.

- 4We arrange a replacement or credit — you don't pay carriage on our error.
